It was time for another trip for Weatherly Travels – this time to the land of Mermaids, Gators and Golf Cart Riding. That’s right, we were headed to Florida to stay at Nona and Granddaddy Z’s house in The Villages. The kids hadn’t been to The Villages since Sienna was a toddler and Mylan was only a few months old. Actually, The Villages (about 4 years ago) was Mylan’s first airplane ride. This place is like Disney Land for adults.

Well this time was as fun and crazy as the last. We played golf, went golf cart riding, found Siesta Key (thanks for the tip Aunt Linda), rode an Airboat for Grandaddy’s birthday, wrestled some Gators, saw real-life Mermaids at Lake Weeki Wachee and visited our friends Amanda, Scott and Ethan in Tampa, Florida. Daddy managed to work in a few days of work in Tampa while we were at it. It was a fun trip and one for the ages. Check out those crazy pics below!
