We pulled into Hannover and found our home for the next three days.  It was a Marriott by the big lake with the most ginormous fish! In any case, we unpacked after a little exploring and then met a friend at a local Bavarian restaurant. The best part of traveling is meeting up with friends along the way and making new ones for sure. On our walk to the restaurant we came across an old church that was destroyed in the war. The brick walls and arches remained. Another reminder of what happened here so many years ago.
